So it seems that nezarac sin seems to be not working properly at times when it's paired with feed the void on prismatic. because getting an ability kill with vortex with devor active, sometimes it doesn't seem to activate it but when I swap out feed the void with something else then it works fine everytime. On screen when it's just devor activated the exotic perk doesn't appear when getting a kill with vortex.
