Enhancing Adept weapon before fully masterworking gets rid of extra masterwork bonus

I have a Scintillation (Adept). I enhanced it before fully masterworking my handling masterwork to 10. Enhancing the gun automatically applied the +10 handling MW, by giving my handling what it would have been if I had masterworked, but it didn't give me the extra stats to Range, Stability, Reload, or Charge time, as I should have got if I had masterworked before enhancing the stats. I'll make a video and post it in a bit. I'm on PS5 and standing in the Enclave on Mars, if that info helps.

I think what's happening is when you start enhancing an Adept weapon that normally gains the stat bonus for other stats when you fully upgrade the masterwork, the stat bonus starts requiring a different condition to be met, ignoring the old condition of just masterworking it. Making sure that your weapon is level 20 after that point should bring back the stat bonus. All crafted and enhanced weapons use that logic for bonus stats, even if they aren't Adept weapons.
