Zaouli’s Bane (Harrowed) Weapon Reshaping help
I have reshaped Zaouli’s Bane (harrowed) but cannot masterwork the weapon even though it is maxed out, level 39, tier 3 enhancement. Also, I am not able to change perks in column three or four. Thanks for the help.
