When I try watching the intro cutscene to final shape my game closes with an error code of battle eye client not responding and error code plum, any fixes?

1 ReplyImagine delaying the DLC just to have this abysmal of a launch, especially when it really counts. Gotta hurt on your end because it definitely does on mine.... Triple A Game Studio worth 4 billion by the way....

I’ve got the same issue, after waiting forever to get into the game I finally log into my character and make it halfway through the intro cutscene while having “contacting destiny 2 servers” kept popping up & I tried to skip the cutscene but my ship wasn’t there & my character menu wasn’t loading and then the game hit me with error code plum

running into the same issue and just wish I could play the game. not even the expansion per say just play the game in general.
