Why is Luna’s Howl not dropping one certain roll?
The roll is heal clip with incandescent. You can get heal clip with everything else but incandescent?

1 ReplyYou can get it and seems weighted against. I did eventually get it and you're really not missing much. HCs have painfully slow reload to utilize heal clip properly. You're much better off farming heliocentric sidearm with that roll.

I once reset gambit 20 times in a single season when trust came back and it took 24 resets total and I can’t tell you how many engrams+natural drops to get a rapid hit/explosive payload trust lol

Certain perks are most likely weighted, to keep you farming. (Like Harmony) I tracked around 50 drops recently, just over half of them were duplicates of one perk combination or another. I even had a certain perk combo drop 4 times. A ton of other perk combinations never showed up. Buddy of mine did the same with roughly the same result. Got a heal clip/incandescent roll around my 60th-70th drop

Won’t drop for me either, although I did ten prophecy bosses runs today and got darkest before with those rolls

1 ReplyThere is a weighting in favour of Desperate Measures for Luna's, which will make it more difficult to get Incandescent.

Contrary to bungies lies, perks and perk combos are weighted on drops. Do the math on something....you will see what you and most want has the worst drop rate out of any and all perks. And for the fan boys that say "not true bubgie never lies"....well remember the xp lie?

I’ve gotten it a few times. Everybody’s rng sucks in some way. I haven’t gotten one decent PVP roll on it.

It does drop, just try to farm out tokens for now, and spend them tomorrow after reset when we get double BRAVE Weapons chances

I have 2 drop out of over 300, been grinding for a shiny drop with heal clip incandescent, so did a level 50 run earlier and had 2 shiny drop back to back both exactly same garbage perks.. one of the ones i have with heal clip and incandescent i have 12k kills with now, but the rest of perks are meh, but still feels great to use

I get that drop all the time, a decent slide/mag howl continues to elude me… don’t even care about it being shiny

Because you have to play more… My friend got a shiny one, it does actually drop on very rare occasions.

Eight of the last ten Luna drops for me have had substance. Bungo doing Gods work lol
