Final shape pre-order content not showing
I preordered the Final Shape DLC on Steam to get the pre-order items and the director still is showing the option to purchase the DLC and I have received none of the items. Is there a way to fix this?

1. Make sure you purchased the DLC on the right account 2. Make sure you are launching D2 from steam with the correct account as it will not let you pick them up from other platforms 3. The preorder drops will be going to the new kiosk to the right of banshee and not to Rahool or the postmaster.
