Right now the shiny weapon drop is ridiculously rare and a weapon attunement doesn't seem to work as a hard loot focusing mechanic. As it stands I doubt I'll be able to get perfect rolls on all the Brave Weapons before Final Shape much less a perfect roll with the random dropped shiny ornament. I'm all for the ornament being random on weapons, but say someone completes Legend Onslaught then those players should have access to the Brave Ornaments as an unlock
