So I purchased Lightfall from the PS Store when it was on sale, but realized after that I bought the wrong version. I went back in and bought the Lightfall + Annual Pass version and had Playstation support refund the original purchase.
When I go into the expansions tab in the Eververse store, it shows Lightfall + Anual Pass is owned, but not Lightfall. Nothing in game is activated. All missions/activities/etc, even trying to use exotic engrams at Rahool all say "Requires Destiny 2: Lightfall".
Playstation support had me go jump through some hoops with my system but ultimately none of it worked. I've done what they suggested and even uninstalled/re-installed the game. What can I do to fix this and get my expansion activated properly? Obviously, them refunding the original purchase somehow deactivated the expansion even though it was bought twice. I don't want to buy it a second time....again.

5 RepliesIf restoring your licenses doesn't work, you'll need to continue working with Sony to resolve the issue of your license missing. Destiny 2 uses Sony's licensing system to unlock what you should have access to. Sony's system is telling the game that you don't have access to a valid license. Bungie cannot assist you with this licensing issue.

1 ReplyCan you check the receipt emails to see how much you paid? theres a good chance that you had a discounted charge (for just the AP) when you got the Lightfall + AP version as you had standard Lightfall already
