Started back up on PS5 and my account was gone?
I just downloaded D2 again after a break since PS4 and when I linked my email my characters were gone, all paid content too? Is there any way to get this back…..

BigHamWallet, has not signed in recently (3 years ago) and has just under 200 hours. What you are describing, missing characters and missing licenses, are symptoms of signing into a different PSN than you had previously used. Licenses are bound by the platform (Playstation) to your PSN and your characters are bound by Bungie to the creating PSN.
