PS4 Annual pass lost and game was reset

Hello,i got on my ps4 lightfall+annual pass on crismas discount,now i played fwe days and i want to play only on ps4 lightfall so i disabled cross save from my old steam account and wanted to continue on ps4 whit loghtfall and annual pass,after i disables cross save now on ps4 i lost annual pass and on ps4 i dont have my old hunter the game was like brand new i lost my old hunter all my old progress and everthing alse,is this a bug? or what?

    Hey there. Your characters were Steam ones being shared to PSN by cross-save. So any time you played on Playstation, you were accessing and making progress on these Steam characters. When you cancelled cross-save, the characters went back to being Steam-only, so they were no longer available while playing on a Playstation. When you bought Lightfall plus Annual Pass, the season passes and the dungeon key were applied to that Steam account, which was the Active account in the cross-save setup. Those passes and the dungeon key are therefore still on the Steam characters now cross-save has been removed. So basically it is all working as intended. Why did you cancel cross-save exactly? If you wanted to start fresh on PS, then you can now do so, but unfortunately the season passes are with the Steam characters.

      Hello there[url=https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/902560216871239752/989591085506515074/Hellothere.gif],[/url] Cross save does not merge or transfer characters//progress. Once you disabled cross save those characters and progression went back to only being available on their original platform. In this case it seems like you were using your steam characters, so they and the season passes are now only available while you play on steam.
