Make Heavy/Special Ammo stay same when switch
Ammo economy for special and heavy should remain the same regardless the weapon you switch to. I would use different exotics more often if this were the case, like snipers etc.

For scaling purposes they must be different. If you switch from a rocket to a LMG you should have more than 5 shots in the mag
