Why is the powerful engram from IB rank rewards dropping random world drops?

Came here to ask this exact question. I've only gotten the Titan mark as a drop. Why are the rank ups not the new armor set?? Especially when there are new weapons for me to focus?

2 RepliesFrom a bigone era when we had these things called "Reason To Play" , and the pinnacle cap went up by 10 every season so those engrams were really helpful And ever since this FPS with extra steps, stopped even pretending to be an MMO and they removed power leveling, they left alot of people who haven't got to 1810 yet out to dry, so IB is a good source of pinnacles

Maybe IB gear is evolving as we speak. Just like IB. What's IB even gonna be? You have people on both sides that want own IB. One side wants it to feature varying modes and one side wants it to feature the one true mode. That's going to be interesting to watch because the crest volcano really felt like something people would be able to play until people started playing it.

IB gear is fugly. They could never replicate the sets from D1's IB.
