So a friend of mine has an issue with their Destiny account because we are trying to get the Lament. The problem comes from the fact that one of his characters had the old quest from beyond light launch that got removed. Now when we try to find the new quest it won't pop up. We have tried looking in the lost quest kiosk, checked banshee after completing the campaign even after resetting a character, and we have tried going to creation and talking to the exo head. Nothing seems to be working. He also has the reforging the past quest flag at the crossing, but the mission doesn't even give him the swordWe are not sure what to do at this point. If anybody has any ideas or if Bungie could do something magic for my friend and get the quest to show up that would be much appreciated 👍
