It may be a little late to still be asking for 3.0 subclass improvements, but it bugs me that On Your Mark is one of the weakest aspects with the least usefulness that we have seen from a subclass rework, and I think it should get some attention. My proposal is that it basically becomes a variation of Banner of War, given how well we've seen that aspect works, and that OYM is supposed to be something of a support option as well.
