Alright, I'm come to find a problem, and it has to do with ethernet, cause Monday Oct. 16th, 2023, I switched to wifi, and I was getting passed the blackscreen, but I have a public event prompt up whenever I go to the tower or hub. I dont know if that causing anything, but I cant find the route of my problem for ethernet for D2. I dont have any issue with other games on ethernet, but destiny 2 had to somehow get issues after those ddos attacks.

Hey, I'm in the same boat as you, can't play since ~3-4 weeks. Switching from Ethernet to WiFi is an interesting potential solution and I"m glad it worked for you. I may try that once I get a WiFi card, but I've also tried on a different PC in my network via WiFi and the result was the same - cabbage... I find it shocking that Bungie is not doing anything with this, they didn't respond to you for 2 weeks, and previously their responses were limited to canned responses with unhelpful twitter links and links to their help pages with steps that were clearly already followed. Bungie seems to have no customer support whatsoever, locking people out of the game with no discourse. A game they paid not insignificant amounts of money to play (I did the math, ~€450 in my case...). Bungie - do better.
