Heist Battleground: Moon Darkness subclass Hunter
I'm looking to complete my first Gm ever using a Darkness subclass to wrap up 3 Rank 10 triumphs in one go and I'm interested in any feedback I can get to make the ordeal as successful/tolerable for my teammates as possible. Sadly, I'm a one-trick pony and run as a Hunter exclusively, so any suggestions as far as loadouts for me would be greatly appreciated!

1 ReplyStasis hunter with lucky pants and maleficence build is great for champion/boss dps and unstoppables. Freezing is part of the build and survivability. It is a slow play style, but good for you and your team… play slow and safe. Auto as your secondary for any barriers. Lmg as your power. I will re comment with a build guide if interested.

1 ReplyI recommend running Cyrtarachne’s Facade with, high discipline and resilience, whirling maelstrom aspect, widows silk aspect, thread of transmutation, and thread of isolation. Make sure to use a strand primary. The build is all about getting woven mail, creating tangles, and activating whirling maelstrom. If you’re in a tight spot you can just hide and run while making a whirling maelstrom tangle every now and then.

6 RepliesYou will probably have a much better time with an easier GM such as Devils Lair or Europa Heist, but it is possible to do. This one works best with an Invis Hunter and Wellock but if you already have those roles filled then it probably will be fine.

7 RepliesIn general strand is still the best darkness subclass to use for hunter. With the aspect that gives you double grenades using suspend grenades is helpful to the team and for dealing with if you get crowded and need to make an opening to run. I’d also suggest the newest aspect which allows you to throw tangles and make the enemy seeking thread swirl as it can clear up adds or do damage to champions and bosses.
