Wtf? Came back here today for the seasonal quest and I was shocked. Master Crota yellow bars are weaker than the psions in Neomuna.
The malignant chicken is also a raid boss basically, me and this guy dumped supers and all heavy to this thing and it’s at like 75% hp still😂

Now, it's like any other basic planet. Hopefully the same thing will eventually happen to Neomuna

If Bungo wants to vault Neomuna ever I am 100% for it, happy to never go back there. They stated they purposely beefed up enemies to make it feel like a planet under siege... ok, but there's no public because they're all matrix'd up, so it's like any other location, just a bigger pain. I don't get a sense of siege, just a sense of frustration. Vaulting wise, I wish it didn't have to happen, but this is a 6 year old game and vaulting away content was implemented for us console poverty tiers to be able to play the game so we didn't have to keep terabytes of data.

This is why I rarely go to Neomuna. It's not fun there at all. The artificial difficulty is stupid. Everything is a bullet sponge!

2 RepliesEdited by Justin68687112: 10/3/2023 4:10:05 AMI feel that the chickens are strong, yes, but make for using shackle gernades actually useful. I also like having enemies that don't die in one special ammo bullet, regardless of "strength" like other planets. However. I WILL DIE ON THE HILL, THAT THRASHERS HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING THE WAY THEY ARE! You can't shackle them, and most supers don't work, cause they are high in the air. Heavy barely does anything to them. All while they are able to one shot you with tracking shots. They are literally designed to kill you countless times before you can even finish them once. And Anarchy is good now due to another buff recently, but -blam!- me!, if you think Anarchy it and run and hide was an option, Thrasher laughs at your heavy weapons.

I ran several regular strikes over the weekend. First time I actually enjoyed the game in a while. The first thing my son said when he arrived was "I don't want to do anything that is going to make me mad". He used to solo dungeons. I never go to Neomuna.

I want a malignant Chicken Challenge, fastest solo TTK wins $20 of silver.

Skill issue, get good guns, use good guns. There's only a 5 level delta....hardly difficult to deal with in the slightest. Bullet sponge doesn't equal difficult. Annoying sure but nowhere near master raid level difficulty. I thought we were past complaining about a dead patrol area. All patrol areas are dead but still.

4 RepliesNeomuna enemies are ALWAYS at least 20 levels above you.

Here is my guess: People do the first mission to open up landing zone, and then they start running around doing patrols and not continue the story. TERMINAL OVERLOAD event is on rotation wich are ment for People that are done with story and are 1770 power. If people are trying to do patrols in that area where the event is with 1600 power, yea thats your own fault not bungie. I just made a hunter and had no issues as long as I wasnt where the terminal overload event was.

Edited by Justin68687112: 10/3/2023 4:20:10 AMWoah. I just read the rest of your post. Chicken take two hits with my Hunter strand super (which has the ability for almost 20 hits, or light swings, per super activation), what the heck are you doing where two full supers did nothing. Not trying to be rude, but did you hit it? Edit: I am very sorry. I just seen you specified it is the High Value Target Wyrven, not the 2 hit ones. I'm sure if other people seen this too they would stop saying "skill issue". The pool of health on that High Value is so much higher than any other planet, no amount of skill makes killing it not a chore. I use Lingering Dread gernade launch with amazing perks and shackle gernades and it has so much heal, I am literally sitting there monitoring my gernade recharge rate trying to charge them fast enough (doing damage charges faster fragment) cause I know if it isn't suspended enough it will one shot me and it takes like 10 shackle gernades before it even dies so I know if I engage it, I have enough time to watch gernades charge, go make myself some coffee, read a book, take a nap, come back, and finally the random I left alone with it will have killed it. I honestly suggest ignoring them. They take all you special ammo from ya and only give you a maximum of 430 glimmer, it just isn't worth it. The effort for 400 glimmer to kill that thing is just wasted time.

3 RepliesMassive over exaggeration or extreme skill issue

Do they still have Nimrod running around in the nude on that planet?
-
It’s basically a gorgon in patrol
-
3 RepliesThey just copied the boss from Spire dungeon to neomuna for the wyverns. I was done after having to dump 2 full mags into a basic -blam!- harpy, then ran out of heavy killing 3 of the other 50.
-
Bumping for Malignant Chicken lol Will always think of that when I see that -blam!- from now on 🤜🐔
-
It’s sad when I was doing gold patrols for weapons, for the precision kill one I was using heritage because it was the easiest guaranteed kill

I get so tired of the wipe screen every time I die on neomuna
