Volatile Rounds not granting Anti-Barrier
As the title states, Volatile Rounds do not grant Anti-Barrier. "Volatile Rounds" buff still appears on the left side of the screen and triggers explosions, but the rounds do not penetrate shields or stun Barrier Champions.
