Wish Ender tokens still in quest page
3x Wish Ender tokens still lingering in quest page. Petra doesn't have a quest available and there's nothing relevant in the quest kiosk.

I don't have a solution for this, I just wanted to chime in and say I am having this same issue. My Warlock still has the [b]Dreaming Token of Eriviks[/b], [b]Dreaming Token of Querim[/b], and [b]Dreaming Token of Xavoth[/b] in her Quest Inventory with no option available to Abandon/Discard/Dismantle them. I completed the new Wish Ender quest from Petra and these items leftover from the old quest still linger on my Warlock.
