Can’t claim card quests after abandoning them on a different character

I started a card quest on my warlock but didn’t feel like playing warlock. I couldn’t claim the card quest on my hunter, so I abandoned the quest on my warlock thinking it would let me grab it on my hunter but it says it’s already claimed.
