Lightfall is unavailable and I can’t claim anything from the seasonal pass after I bought the Lightfall+Annual pass bundle

Last night I purchased the bundle where you receive Destiny 2 Lightfall + Annual Pass. I started playing it instantly and I finished the Lightfall campaign. I received lots of items like the Quicksilver Storm exotic and the 2 exotic ghost shells, as well as the Neomuna Nights emblem that I currently have equipped. When I got online today to play some more I noticed that I cannot access anything related to do with Lightfall like quests or activities, and I cannot claim anything from the season pass, because I never claimed anything. I didn’t know if there was a problem that would be solved by restarted my console so I did so and I didn’t have acces to anything again. This also means that I cannot use the strand subclass. I have purchased many other expansions and this has never happened before. This would be a huge waste of money if I can’t have access to the items I spent over 100.00$ on. Please fix this issue soon.
