I know it may sounds stupid for some (because of how unrealistic it can be)
But i do think it could (atleast) save crucible and gambit (and populates the core activities) by giving the ability to players to create maps/modes like a halo game can do
It can even be expanded to support the ability to create new strikes/dungeons/raids
And yes, i know it is A LOT of work if it is ever added into the game, but yeah, just my thoughts on how destiny 2 could be "saved"
also, it could fit into one of their main goals Expand players imaginations

1 ReplyI wish we had forged and true custom games. However the community gave up on that ages ago.

1 ReplySomeone watched Aztecross’s video and said “my thoughts” lol

I just want combined arms or Big Team Battle in d2.
-
Nah. That would be such a monumental overdelivery our expectations would never recover from

1 ReplyWhile a forge mode would be nice Bungie should be giving us new maps on top of it. Don't let them just throw a forge mode in and crowd source developmental.
-
Sadly it would be hell of a lot work to implement a forge mode and as we can see bungie doesn’t even remotely have to manpower for it.
-
ExoPrimal did gambit right. That’s the kind of PvEvP that players would actually enjoy playing.
-
Never gonna happen

Brother we can barely get a map a year and you think they're gonna take the time and dollars to develop an entire new mode with all the assets necessary to make maps? lol

If they aren't going to continue to produce content people want to play, the least they could do is let us make fun things to play in the Destiny universe.
