How do I start the duality dungeon?
I want to get the stormchaser fusion rifle but any video I saw says I need a quest from Hawthorne.
Is this content just locked out now?

I believe you have to have the dungeon key/pay for dungeon, not sure if you have or not.

I think at least one dungeon should come with the expansion like Shadowkeep. You have to pay for them separately now though.
