error code CE-41839-5 can't start the application
Hello guys, right after the 2.9.2 update i start getting the CE-41839-5 error code (can't start the aplllication) PSN support tried to help me with several methods but none of them worked. They told me to copy the saved data in a flash drive and then uninstall and reinstall the game. So I checked the saved data section in my ps4, but the destiny 2 saved data DISSAPEARED. I have the companion app in my cell phone and my stuff are still there. So what can I do? Guardians? Bungie? Traveler? Ikora? Is there someone who can help me?

5 RepliesHi there! Can you please clarify? Are you logging into the game and not seeing your character data? If so, then you are not logged into the correct account. Character data is stored server side. Local save data does not impact what you see when you launch the game.
