error code CE-41839-5 can't start the application

Hello guys, right after the 2.9.2 update i start getting the CE-41839-5 error code (can't start the aplllication) PSN support tried to help me with several methods but none of them worked. They told me to copy the saved data in a flash drive and then uninstall and reinstall the game. So I checked the saved data section in my ps4, but the destiny 2 saved data DISSAPEARED. I have the companion app in my cell phone and my stuff are still there. So what can I do? Guardians? Bungie? Traveler? Ikora? Is there someone who can help me? Best regards Ira Tenax
