Icarus Dash should require full class energy to use, and using icarus dash should consume some of their class ability energy
I get warlock skating with icarus dash takes some skill, but it's pretty annoying that they can spam this ability in pvp every 5 seconds and quickly cover 20 meters.
I can't tell you how many times I've seen a float boy come skating around the corner land a sniper shot, then skate away before the teammates can react or a warlock skate around a corner, start to lose a dual then skate away, heal with a rift and come back before you've started healing.
Give this was the same nerf stompies got, I feel like it's only fair. I mean, even the titan arc dodge requires class ability energy, and their shoulders charge consumer about 10% of their melee.

3 RepliesYes please keep nerfing movement how can I enjoy the game unless I'm posted up at the very back of the map teamshooting with pulses and a fusion rifle. As everyone knows, all controller players play on minimum sensitivity and fov and therefore all movement beyond regular walking is [i]oppressive[/i] and [i]impossible to counter[/i].

Factors missed here. It's only on one class. It requires some skill to do well. Using your example of a God tier player as justification isn't a good one. It takes a whole aspect to have it. Warlocks movement without dash or blink is worst in game by a mile. It doesn't double as an attack like the titan shoulder charge. Titans got to be stupidly op for too long and are getting put in their place. Currently they seem the best defensively, offensively and until recently and (kind of still) have stupidly good movement.

I agree has a hunter I cant handle they speed they just icarus dash and they go flying, nerf them like they did titans if they use it they get there sub class ability use for 15 percent and they can only use it if they have it full, I mean hunters are the mobility class

Y'all just need to get good. Also titan slide mobility doesn't take away energy either and it's just as good as icarus dash. Also hunters can have more charges on abilities also so idk what you're complaining.
