The amount of time you've played is irrelevant. If you have submitted three appeals and are still banned then your ban is permanent. Your time playing Destiny is over.

Your appeal has been denied.

Please use the ban appeal form found on Bungie.net (not the Destiny app) found by a basic search for it. Please note Bungie has been very clear for years that having any active programming tools is a valid reason for a ban... this is due to interaction with the game code which is Bungie's property and could be a programmer trying to create a cheat code or modifying the game. This is also true with cheats for ANY game, training tools or macros as well.
