Dungeon key not working even though I bought the annual pass that contained it

I bought the pre-order deluxe edition, and I did not get my dungeon key. It was supposed to be bundled with the seasons. The weird thing is that I'm getting the seasons for free, but not the dungeon key? Already attempted to look at Rahul and Shaw Han Like I saw in a different post, but nothing I do is working and I would really prefer not to spend $20 on something that I supposedly already bought.
