PLATFORM: Xbox ISSUE: Helm of Saint 14 perk not procing REPRO STEPS: Place down bubble or Titan Glaive Bubble, walk inside, walk outside, you don't retain your overshield. Place bubble near enemies, enemies enter bubble, enemies are not blinded when inside your bubble. ACTUAL RESULT: Enemies run into my bubble, don't get blinded and begin meleeing me as well as when I leave my overshield isn't maintained. See link above for proof (not my video)
