Hey friends, I haven't played since Taken King .... downloaded two or three days ago on the suggestion of a friend. No matter what game type I join (crucible, a raid, open world), I can play for about 30 seconds and then the moment I engage any target I get dropped and taken to the main screen for error code: monkey It's saying it can't reach the D2 servers and I thought this was an temp issue ... ya know, it happens. The devs will get it sorted out in the back end. It's been happening since Monday, can't stay in a game for longer then a few seconds. Oddly enough, I can walk around and "do stuff" in the tower without any issue. Talked to some characters, looked at my old inventory, swapped things out, etc. It seems I get dropped the moment I shoot at something. Open to any suggestions here. I'm playing on PS5, if that helps. Every other online game on my console works just fine (RB6, FN, etc.).
