You better nerf synthoceps too
If you are going to nerf ophideon aspects only FAIR TO NERF TITAN TOO!

Syntho needs 3 enemies within melee range at the same time to proc. Ophidians just needs you to equip it. Syntho is fine.

Nah, its purpose is that it's specifically for melee. Ophidians kinda just had it on top of the other effects. Also I think it's more specifically an issue with warlocks melee because there's isn't just a pretty little animation. The actual hitbox still goes outwards you can just have instances where it doesn't lunge. It's not the same as a titan or hunter sweeping their melee and landing a hit when they don't lunge on targets close by.

Synthos doesn’t increase handling and reload. Take away melee range from synthos and they have zero benefit in PvP.

8 Replies[armory]Synthoceps[/armory] is designed for melee, while [armory]Ophidian[/armory] is about buffing your gunplay. Free +70 stats on your gun isn't anything to scoff at.

12 RepliesWhen synthoceps reaches the same usage rate as ophidians in PvP then yea it might get nerfed. I rarely see synthoceps used in crucible but 3 out of 4 warlocks are using ophidians. To me knockout is the bigger offender cause you definitely see more striker titans than the others, at least in 6s that is.
