On Xbox at least, my friends and I cannot make it to the first encounter without the game crashing. This is sad to see since Pit is the dungeon of the week. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. Just trying to bring it to light as soon as possible.

2 RepliesHey, a workaround right now is turning your consoles audio from 3D (PS5) or DolbyAtmos (xbox/pc) to Stereo. It seems that theres an issue with 3D audio code on the moon that causes these crashes. This will definitely work as i've just finished Pit of Heresy based on this. Funnily enough, i experimented with a friend on the thresholds of the bug. Essentially if your device identifies a headset plugged in w/ 3D Audio or Atmos turned on, there are certain patches of the map that will trigger an immediate crash. The safest thing to do is to turn audio to stereo or use speakers instead of a headset. We did however experiment with unplugging and replugging in our headsets on "crashy" areas and ridiculously enough it worked, but its a risky gamble as you never know where it'll crash next. So yeah, the switch to stereo audio also resolves extreme distortion when using arc/void abilities etc. Good luck Guardian.

Hi there, thank you for your report. We are aware of players reporting similar crashing issues and are investigating a solution.

Same here. Xbox series x. I tried multiple times joining a clan mate at first check point and immediately crashed without an error code.
