I wouldn’t hold my breath on that. Every season you will have to grind even if it isn’t the pinnacle grind. It’s so funny that people don’t see this 🤣😂. Sure, they may remove a number but legend content and higher will not remove the level-requirement. It will be the exact same grind 😂🤣.

You don’t have to grind any power next season and prob will be the norm every season after that until the new system comes. Sure you’ll want to grind some xp to get bonus power levels but you definitely don’t have to.

There's no gear power increase, but the artifact levels will reset. It's still going to involve some grind each season for xp to get back up to level for the higher activities. Hopefully no more than 10-15 points at the most but I guess we'll see what they do. It is Bungie, -blam!- seems up in the air a lot lately.
