Strand for 2nd character
I have completed all the story line and have Strand. I am unable to unlock the two other grenade mods or and of the fragments. Help me understand what to do.

1 ReplyOnce a character completes the campaign, and unlocks the Strand subclass; you need to purchase the two available Aspects, plus the one Fragment that had been used during the campaign. The other Fragments cannot be purchased, until that one specific Fragment has been acquired. Each class is given access to a different Fragment during the story, and that is the one you have to start with.
