Bungie.net does not recognize my destiny 2 account
hello
Ever since Lightfall was released I haven't been able to use the fireteam finder or anything else that requires connection to my account. if I go on my profile I can see my characters but when trying to find a fireteam or create one myself, it tells me that I don't have an account.
Does anyone else have this problem or know how to help?

2 RepliesI am having the same issue. Went to the fireteam finder and tried to create a team, met with this message popup: "A Destiny 2 character is required to create a fireteam. Create a character in game or sign into an account with a character." Something else I've noticed is that I am unable to redeem season pass rewards from the website page (Yes I do own each season and have played during them). When I go to the "https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Seasons/Progress" page I am met with this message: "Play Destiny 2 to Unlock" There is no option to select platform or character. Are you having the same issue with the season pass redeem page? If so we may have the same account bug going on. Hopefully Bungie support can help us out.

1 ReplyWas told to unlink my old PSN account and that solved this issue for me. Might be an old account that is linked for you as well. Try unlinking any account which you do not use
