Artifact Shape Menu and Shared Wisdom not Visible

My warlocks artifact shapes and shared/well-rested icons are not visible. Please help

I have the same issue on my Titan, and only my Titan. The modifiers appear on both my Warlock and Hunter. I even replayed the intro mission to see if it would correct on my Titan, and it did not work.
