Dears, My name account is Drian#7794 and i post this message in order to try to solve the situation in which I find myself. I was banned the 2 weeks ago and I sent a Ban Appeal form without having any impact because I only got defaults responses. The ticket I opened was the 219945. I have not cheated of any kind and I have been banned without knowing why and I would like to know what Bungie has detected and why they banned me since I am sure that it is either an error or a false positive. On the other hand, I am willing to collaborate in whatever is necessary to prove my innocence and be able to play the game that I love so much again. I don't know why they banned me, I have no reason to cheat since I have the DLCs and I was going to buy Lightfall. I'm a gamer who plays the solo campaigns and story missions a lot. I hardly play competitive, I only play Iron Banner to get the seal and the armor and Osiris I played only for the armor which is very cool. I have a winrate in Iron Banner of approximately 50% and in Osiris of <5% approximately since I am bad playing PVP. I really like the game and, I repeat, I have not done anything that could incur a sanction or ban by Bungie. I request some kind of help or advice since as with the "Ban appeal" it has not had much effect, I don't really know what else to do. I am completely willing to help and collaborate in any way I can to prove my innocence. As I said before, I am willing to collaborate in whatever is necessary to prove my innocence and be able to play the game that I love so much again.
