I ve been noticing some odd occurrences on my internet and Xbox account. One happened the other day when I had two new adept weapon mods in my collection from trials. I’ve only been flawless once in D2. Things in pve suddenly appear or don’t. Quests being completed that I didn’t finish. Changed password and done all I know to do but nothing has changed. Can some look into this for me?
