Unstoppable Hand Cannon mod
Even when aiming down sights and emptying a whole mag into an unstoppable champion, the unstoppable shot doesn’t proc at all in any activities. I’ve also checked known issues and it’s not mentioned in weapons and gear

4 RepliesSince Witherhoard feels like the obvious choice nowadays, I tried the handcannon mod exactly one time. Having to WAIT to stun the one champion that relentlessly runs you down is something so stupid that only Bungie would think about it.

I use the GL mod with a wave-frame GL, Malfeasance and Bastion exist as other possible options.

You HAVE to aim for a few seconds without firing until your gun glows. Extremely annoying imo, but if you just start shooting it wont activate.

Aim down sights behind cover untill your gun starts glowing Then pop out and tag the champ

You need to wait a couple of seconds (3) when you aim, untill your gun starts to glow or in the lower left corner of your screen "unstoppable" apears and then shoot.
