It seems like its a mix of the recoil and the lack of "aim assist" that makes them so awful on m&k. They definitely need to be made so that they are a viable option

13 RepliesOver 85% of D2 players play on controller. All the devs that work on pvp play on controller and hate mnk players. It's going to be a funny Twab when Mercules says smgs are way to strong right now and too easy to use on mnk so we are nerfing smgs stability by 20%.

It was fine for mnk and busted for a controller. What they did? Of course nerfed it for both and now sidearms are meh on mnk and usable on controllers. With pulses it's even stupider, pulses were dominant for both mnk and controllers (it was definitely a very big issue on consoles, because pretty much nobody used DMT there) and they only added recoil for mnk, now pretty much half of the pulses are unusable on mnk, NTTE feels so awful I don't even want to use it, but of course nothing changed on a controller
