Security Drone 43 isn't counted despite being destroyed
Security Drone 43 (The one in the console room in the first operator room on Seraph's Shield) isn't counted for me despite being destroyed, and it doesn't come back either, leaving it impossible for me to complete the associated triumphs and getting the seal. I'm not exactly caused this to happen but I haven't heard of this happening to anyone else. Any help would be much appreciated.

The one in the operator room after the microwave trap room is #42, drone #43 is actually before this, before the microwave room, under part of the stairway down to it. Guides understandably label them the other way around, but for some reason #43 is before #42 despite it being a linear location.
