With strand it looks like we will be able to suspend the enemies in place immobalizing them, freeze also prevents a target from moving so my question is whats the difference?
And yes I know that I should wait and see for myself but I can't help but be curious.

2 RepliesI bet you can still shoot but get airborn accuracy penalty when you are “suspended”. Another scheme to make us build into it.

In PvP? My guess is that freeze prevents enemies from doing anything and can be followed up by a shatter. Suspension probably means that players can shoot back (but are off the ground for the duration) but will be trapped for a longer duration. Like a longer lasting, but weaker freeze.

1 ReplyI assume we can at least shoot back, freeze just completely stops you from playing the game. It seems strand is gonna hold you in place. This is gonna be a special weapon crutch player dream come true. I just hope the CC is not as bad as stasis

The shatter damage and damage scaling will likely stay just on stasis. I could also see it requiring more damage to remove, unlike how stasis shatters and then they’re back to normal. We really know very little though, but it should be soon that we get more information.

1 ReplyStrand and Stasis would be like Spiderman and Sub Zero. One would throw enemies or lift them to their death while other freeze and shatter a enemy to death
