error loading lightfall page on Mac

Hi, I use firefox browser and got this error when loading D2 lightfall page on Mac (see dropbox link of screenshot}. I am using standared security features on the browser. Tried FAQs for FF but can't resolve. Any suggestions please? TIA PS. no problem on Safari
