A list of every exotic weapon I’ve tested and confirm are capable of creating Warmind Cells.
Misc
This list will be divided into two sections. The ‘Wrath List’ and the ‘Seraph List.’
The Wrath list will be exotic weapons that can create Warmind Cells when you have the ‘Wrath of Rasputin’ mod equipped.
In case you don’t know, Wrath of Rasputin allows for Warmind Cells to be created by enemies that are killed by any solar explosion, including solar grenades.
It is solar affinity, costs one(1) point and can be obtained from the Seraph Tower on the Moon.
The Seraph list will be exotic weapons that require a seventh seraph weapon used with it to create Warmind Cells.
I will not be including One Thousand Voices in this list, as I cannot test it due to not having it. (I’m pretty sure it can create Warmind Cells with ‘Wrath of Rasputin’ though.)
Wrath List.
Sunshot: The explosions caused by the third perk ‘Sun Blast’ can create Warmind Cells when enemies are defeated. However, if the Sun Blast chain continue it may detonate the Warmind Cell right away, making it difficult to use them with certain mods that require you to pick it up, such as Sheltering Energy.
Jötunn: Just simply defeating any enemies can create Warmind Cells.
Ace of Spades: The Firefly perk can create Warmind Cells.
Xenophage: Just simply defeating any enemies can create Warmind Cells.
Two-Tailed Fox: The second rocket fired from it is solar. It can create Warmind Cells.
Seraph List.
Outbreak Perfected: After creating a swarm of SIVA nanites, switch to any Seventh Seraph weapon. Any enemies that die to the SIVA nanites while you are holding a Seventh Seraph weapon have a chance to produce Warmind Cells.
Anarchy: Place down some Arc Traps and switch to a Seventh Seraph weapon. Any enemies that die to the Arc Trap has a chance to produce Warmind Cells. (My personal favorite and probably the easiest to use due to how long they last.)
The Colony: Shoot our your bloodthirsty seeking grenades and switch to a Seventh Seraph weapon. Any enemies that die to the grenades have a chance to produce Warmind Cells. (You can shoot as many as you want before switching weapons, it just matters that you have a Seventh Seraph weapon in your hands by the time they reach their target.)
Deathbringer: Shoot your splitting rocket into the air and detonate it, then switch to a Seventh Seraph weapon. Any enemies that- okay you get it by now. (Death from above, baby!)
Truth: Shoot your bloodthirsty rocket and switch to a Seventh Seraph weapon before it detonates.
There seems to be some confusion in the comments. Are you referring to weapons such as Disparity & Path of least Resistance or are you referring to the Ikelos or Seraph weapons?
All Ikelos and Seraph foundry weapons create warmind cells if you have at least one warmind cell mod equipped on your armor.
Season of The Seraph and I seldom see Warmind cells in Heists. I love my Seventh Seraph Hand Cannon and fought Kelgorath with it during Season Of The Lost but it's messy right now trying to stun a Champion with hordes of adds running around.
I usually use wrath of Rasputin to make warmind cells so I don’t have to use ikelos weapons. Since my hand cannon is solar and causes solar explosions on kills and I use a solar subclass I generate warmind cells easily. Since wrath of Rasputin can generate warmind cells on solar explosion kills
