Bungie dictating when I play and how
Iv said this for years and it's one of the reasons iv not preordered lightfall why do I only have 3 chances a week to unlock an exotic that I paid for and content I paid for why does bungie think it's right to dictate how I play the game .
1 I should be able to do whatever content I paid for as many times as I want and still have a chance of the exotic dropping not just you got 3 attempts a week see you next week .
2 I shouldn't be limited to one chance per character not everyone uses all 3 classes call me entitled but iv paid for the content and bungie have had easy £400 out of me over the years so yes I should have a say in the content I paid for

You did not pay for the content to be given to you. You paid for a license to play the game containing the content you want. You're not entitled to loot because you paid for the license to play the game. Hope this helps.

That’s part of the hamster wheeling game design. It’s been like that since day 1 of D1. Same hamster wheel game for the last 8 years. It’s part of the milking game. It’s by design so you will throw 400 bucks more. LMAO!!! Laughable now!

Ah yes the "I should get every thing in the game because i paid for it" argument, cute, I don't why you feel so entitled, it's a video game my guy, it's not MAKING you do anything, you are, you feel the need to do a raid or dungeon, all if which in the past couple seasons have had exotics not really worth crying over in the first place, but maybe if you actually did the activities you would get the exotic

I am 100% with you, that being said I would also like to warn you to stay away from mmo RPGs, and any other game that has loot with rarity system.

All ornaments you bought with BD in early D2 were unlocked for all three classes. I have a few ornaments that I bought for my Titan, but they also unlocked for my Hunter & Warlock. But to stay on topic, dungeon EXOTIC weapon drops should not be at the mercy of RNG... I kind of miss having to do exotic quests to obtain exotic weapons, like Thorn's.

It took me 46 looted clears to finally get touch of malice. I ran kingsfall 3 times a week all last season & it never dropped yet I saw 20+ drop between all my clanmates. It took 63 chests to get 1kv. It took 30+ clears to get eyes of tomorrow. 20+ for tarrabah. 20+ for anarchy. Only exotic that dropped quickly was from VoTD. Idk how you can complain when you have under 10 raid clears. Also you paid for a license to access the content of this game. That purchase doesn't guarantee anything other than granting you the ability to play the game. Bungie can add change or remove at any time without warning. Read the tos.

Back in my day, max level armor was only 1 chance a week, forget about the exotic, which was also 3 times a week, on hard mode , both ways uphill

8 RepliesYou can play the content more than once a week per character. If the only reason you’re playing the content is to get the exotic that’s you’re decision, but Bungie isnt stopping you from playing. Also you did pay for the exotic. You don’t own it until you obtain it. You paid to be able to access the content which contains the exotic. You may feel entitled to the exotic, but you’re not. Not until you’ve actually acquired it are you entitled to use it.

That is something that really needs to be looked into, exotic drop rates. We have a guy in our clan that got their 3rd Touch last night. Many of us are up to 30 clears and I know of people with even more.

Absolutely. From now on I will wait for the release of every single thing, see what is it like, etc. then buy or not. I don't trust this company in the slightest no more. I would have never bought this year's dungeons, or Plunder season, etc. if I didn't prepaid for all of it.
