I went to xur, turned in my Xenology the game glitches and I didn't receive my Cypher. This is the second time this happened. It's very hard for me to get these I'm using the game as a recovery method for my hands as they don't work that good because Feb 28th I had a ruptured aorta because of this my kidneys failed, my lungs collapsed. I was put in a indused coma for two months. When I woke up I couldn't walk, had a whole in my throat and my hands were curled and I couldn't open them. I been recovering since. The issue is that I didn't receive my Cypher when I returned my quest. I had and empty slot and I didn't have any in my inventory. To resolve this issue is that i need to have my Cypher given to me as it should have done in the first place or some other form of reimbursement as this is not a result of something I had done. It was a result of the network issues that occurred which I would assume you know about as it was tweeted about. The forum that was referred to me can't rectify this issue
