Anti-barrier Bow Mod

I noticed yesterday during the nightfall that my Le Monarque wouldn’t pierce barrier champion shields. Yes I had the modifier on my arms. Anybody else?

That is because Le Monarque has Overload as an intrinsic perk so that will always take precedent over any seasonal mod.
