to make the seal gilded you need to finish 4 challenges in a single Iron Banner celebration "One and Done" Triumph
I finished all challenges this week with all characters all 4/4 and I still need one more challenge
how can I finish it now?

If you didn't make enough progress on Frostmire's Will (sounds like you did 3/12) during the first week and then did all 12 challenges in the second week, that means there are no remaining challenges, and you'll be unable to do the gilding.
