The new AE has flattened the playing field so new players can enjoy crucible more now. The only problem is the old AE made destiny a much better and more dynamic experience once you learned it. True aerial effectiveness (the AE that actually worked in the air) set Destiny apart from other games. Should Bungie bring back true aerial effectiveness?

3 RepliesNo they shouldn’t. We are about to become space Tarzans and the ability to shoot accurately while swinging through the air will be game breaking.

2 RepliesThis is a rigged survey question The new system is superior than the old. We need more ways to build into AE

I honestly think AE needs to be eliminated. What’s the point of having characters who can jump real high if you can’t shoot. My opinion there shouldn’t be any in air penalties. Yes aim assist should be reduced if not eliminated but that doesn’t mean randomly missed shots when aim was accurate. Bungie wants us to build into it but 1) there’s not many ways to build into it and 2) let’s say if there were AE mods to put into armor I highly doubt people will sacrifice anything from their builds just to shoot more accurately into the air.

1 ReplyOnly bad players like it, and they cater to the bad players so not happening lol

10 RepliesAnyone that’s pro AE is anti pvp, it just adds more randomness. Which is ironic because Hawkmoon was reworked when brought back because Bungie wanted to avoid randomness.
