How can I deactivate my Cross Save to get my Characters Back?

In that page URL, delete 'Activate' and everything after it (if anything), write 'Deactivate' and press enter, does that take you to the correct page?

Yep, same issue here. Have been cross saved for years and want to deactivate, but only have the option to "get started".
