did you check the lost quest kiosk in the tower next to the postmaster?

Edited by dlc: 11/8/2022 1:50:10 PMYes, it's empty. The problem is that the game thinks that I have the atlas. I can take the next quest in the line. And yes, the kiosk is empty regardless of whether I take the second quest or not.

Is there any chance you can check the entirety of your quest pages. For some reason sometimes the atlas gets sent to the last page.

You are a genius, my friend! Indeed, the Captain's Atlas shows up ONLY on the second-to-last page in the list of all quests and nowhere else.
